BaliWellnessGuide booking terms

For your spa reservations there are some terms & condition wich you can find below:

First Visit

We suggest you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Age Requirement

All Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Payment for Spa services

The Spas usualy accepts cash and majors credit cards and payment is accepted upon check in for your treatment.
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IR) or United States Dollar (USD) and INCLUSIVE  to 21% tax and service charge.
Depend on the policy of the spa we will sent you a form for deposit payment. Online payment can done by paypal (with credit card or bank debt card).  All information will sent to you by the confirmation mail.

Prices subject to change

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest service. Although we make every effort to keep our website, directory and prices updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments selected are reserved especially for you with one of our trained therapists. Any cancellation notice less than 24  hours from the original appointment will incur up to 100 % cancellation fee. In the case of no show, the full amount will be charged accordingly.  To secure a reservation we will be asking for a deposit.

Being Late for the Appointment

Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment.  Regardless of when your treatment starts, the treatment will end on time to avoid any further delay for following guests.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be arranged for the perfect gift or special occasion.  All gift certificates are available at our Guest Relations counter and are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Spa treatments in your hotel / villa

Some Spa treatments can be taken in the privacy of your Villa – simply call us on  Tel.: +62- 361 7445880

Transfer Service

We offer a free transport service to and from the most Spas in Bali to Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Sanur areas (available on treatments over 70 USD). Transfers must originate from the same location and treatments are taken at the same time).
Or we can arrange for an additional charge of USD 15  your transfer in Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Sanur areas. (Max 4 persons)


We recommend that before you call to reserve your wellness treatments  that you have a good idea of the date(s) you would like to visit, as well as the spa and wellness services you would like to choose. This will allow our sales advisors to recommend the best packages for you and to inform whether the spa and wellness services you are looking for are available on the date you wish to visit.
Please note that most spas provide facility for couples mainly.  Please be reminded that you will share bath time with your friend together in most of the spas if you book with your friend.

Making changes to your schedule

Once you have made your reservation and selected your spa and wellness services, you will receive your confirmations and schedules within 1 business day. If you would like to make any changes to the schedule, you can either email your sales advisor or call +62- 361 7445880 and we can work on revising your schedule. Please note that not all changes will be possible due to available meal, wellness and spa selections but we will always do our best! The farther in advance of your stay you inquire, the better chance that we will be able to accommodate.


If you have a problem or if you are not satisfied about any service from BaliWellnessGuide, please inform a member of our team immediately. We will do our utmost to solve your problem and put things right again. If your complaint can not be resolved locally, you must advise us in writing within 2 weeks. If you do not give us notice of your complaint within this period of time, you will have no further rights to claim for any compensation.

Please note that will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) related to the site, and wellness busines, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
